Details of the offer

Our flexible 3-month internship program offers real-life, hands-on experience. This entry-level position involves extensive training across multiple business departments. Our goal is to educate students on every aspect of Champagne Metals' processes and business model, providing a comprehensive understanding of the company. The internship is designed to identify the employee's strengths and preferences and provide them with hands-on experience. Initially, you will start at an entry-level position, building skids, and then progress to our processing lines, working on the machines and participating in various projects within the company. These projects may include, but are not limited to, Account Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Analysis, Quality, and Logistics.
What You Can Expect In The Program:
Hands-on training on plant/warehouse roles and processes Working on special projects, including compiling data, analysis, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations Learning from mentors and working in groups on Supply Chain, Account Management, and other various projects Training on time management, presentation, leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence Establishing and building relationships across the company Desired Skills
Excellent PC skills including spreadsheet, database and word processing applications Excellent communication skills Ability to interpret company policies, procedures and practices Resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once Desired Soft/Personal Skills
Enjoys collaborating with teams and various lines of business Enthusiasm for a career with a focus on long-term career growth with Champagne Metals Ability to work independently to achieve goals Detail oriented and driven Requirements
Bachelor's degree Compensation and Benefits
Salary dependent on experience, will be discussed during the interview process Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance. 401(k) matching up to 5% PTO - 15 days annually and 7 paid holidays
