Job Description
The Early Career Program Lead will have the opportunity to bring their expertise to shape McDonald's early career strategy. This role will be critical as we look to optimize the early career operating model and internship program. As the early career subject matter expert, this individual will consult with key internal and external stakeholders on talent attraction, engagement and retention strategies. As a member of the Talent Attraction team within the Global Talent COE, this position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and execution of our internship program, developing innovative MSI engagement strategies, managing early career branding and event strategy, and developing guides and toolkits to enable the business.
Key Responsibilities Strategically plan, design, and execute McDonald's internship program and intern conversion process, with a continuous improvement lens. Leverage data and best practices to drive innovation in early talent programs. Design activation guides and toolkits to enable the business to represent McDonald's at early career events. Develop thoughtful MSI strategies and grow key partnerships to ensure McDonald's continues to strengthen the diversity of our early career talent pipeline. Manage early career talent specialist, who will own operational excellence of the team. Use data to evaluate effectiveness of internship program & pipelining activities. Create presentations for leadership and regular reporting to key stakeholders. Support management of university budget. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Proven ability to design and scale early career programs for a publicly traded company Experience developing and measuring effectiveness of MSI strategies Experience designing toolkits and materials Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement Experience with creating a consistent brand experience for early career talent Proactive, consultative, and can successfully drive projects and initiatives Exceptional written & verbal communication skills Strong project management skills Proven ability to communicate to multiple audiences across levels of the organizations Ability to work independently, has sound judgment, and an ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders Ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders (internship, early talent strategy, program implementation) Engaging professional presence and networking abilities Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel Additional Information
