Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver, your contributions will be vital in supporting the well-being and development of our young clients.
Your duties will include:
Daily Care: Assist children with essential daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.Emotional Support: Provide nurturing companionship and emotional support to create a warm, positive environment.Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure tailored and comprehensive care for each child.Monitoring: Observe children's health and behavior, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals promptly.Safety: Ensure that children are cared for in a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements and Qualifications:
To excel in this fulfilling role, you should possess the following:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (if applicable).Current CPR certification.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the care team.Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently.A calm and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure or fast-paced environments. In addition to competitive pay, caregivers who work a minimum of 35 hours per week and complete 90 days of employment will be eligible for health insurance benefits.
