Clients care may include, but is not limited to: Medication reminders Personal care: Dressing, showering, toileting Lighthouse keeping to create a safe and clean environment Assisting the prepping meals or snacks Assistance with ambulation and transfers Accompany to doctor's appointments, or especial gatherings Encourage exercise or any other physical activity Memory care for Dementia & Alzheimer's clients Engaging with clients to build meaningful relationships
