You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in the following areas: Des Plaines, IL Responsibilities: Provide routine individualized care to the elderly,, or persons with disabilities Monitor and report changes in patient health status Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages Teach family members ways to care for patient Qualifications: Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields Positive and patient demeanor Ability to build rapport with patient Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour   10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift On call Overtime Weekend availability   Education:   High school or equivalent (Preferred)   Experience:   Caregiving: 2 years (Preferred)   License/Certification:   Driver's License (Required)   Work Location: One location
