Sunday-Thursday 11AM - 7:30PM CNA License Required! As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks.
You will report to the wellness director. You Will: Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents You currently: Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving.
