Home Instead® CAREGivers provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes. These services are meant to enhance the quality of life for seniors. Home Instead® CAREGivers help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care, and compassion.   Our CAREGivers are the backbone of Home Instead®. We work tirelessly to ensure we match our clients and CAREGivers to ensure personalities blend and bonds can be formed during shifts.  Responsibilities during shifts can include but are not limited to the following: ·       Companionship and conversation ·       Preparing light meals and meal clean up ·       Medication and appointment reminders ·       Accompanying clients to appointments ·       Light housekeeping ·       Assisting with personal care such as -          Bathing -          Grooming -          Toileting ·       Providing advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia care ·       Offering hospice care ·       Encouraging client connection with home office
