Discovery at Home has openings for home health aides/CNAs to join our growing team. We service the gulf coast of FL and have multiple positions open in Sun City Center and Tampa FL. We believe skills/experience can be taught on the job, we are looking for motivated, kind, and efficient caregivers looking to make a difference! You will be tasked with helping patients with personal hygiene, minor medical needs, housekeeping, and other daily needs as requested by the patient. Our clients live in luxury independent living community campuses, which allows for minimal travel from one patient to the next! Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. Help with general light housekeeping. Make transportation arrangements as needed. Work with a nurse, personal care aide, CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals. Observe and report on patient condition. Keep up with in-service training.
