Russell Square (RS) is a multi-state developer and licensed general contractor with employees currently based in five states in the western half of the United States. We specialize in multifamily development and are responsible for all phases of the real estate development process from site selection to lease-up. Our current pipeline consists of 2300+ apartments slated to begin construction over the coming 14 months in various states.

Role and Responsibilities: -Assisting supervisors with design, planning, layout, and installation.
-Installation and repair of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, handrails, door hardware, and other fixtures as required.
-Ability to assess the quality of work and materials.
-Perform all duties and responsibilities as required.
-Ensure a safe work environment for all employees by following safety protocols, identifying, and correcting or reporting safety risks, and maintaining a jobsite free from debris, clutter, and hazards.
-Be dependable, reliable, and consistent by showing up to work as scheduled, on time and ready to work hard.
-Be a team player by striving for harmony and working with managers and team members to complete tasks.
-Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
-Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
-Always communicate clearly and respectfully and listen actively to understand.
-Communicate issues, concerns, suggestions, with the supervisor or appropriate staff member.
Qualifications: -Minimum 5 years experience installing interior trim, nail work, exterior doors, and vinyl windows
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
-Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
-Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
-Good communication skills.
-Endurance, dexterity, and good hand-eye coordination.
-Knowledge of mathematics.
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions (indoor and outdoor).
-Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
-Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
-Must have a valid driver's license.
