Position: Part-Time Case Manager Aide/Drug Screener
Location: Westbury, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour
Reports To: Senior Director

As a Case Manager Aide/Drug Screener, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing essential support for drug testing and program operations.
Your efforts will directly impact the effectiveness of our treatment programs and help family court participants on their journey to recovery.
What You'll Do: Drug Testing: Conduct oral and urine drug tests for family court participants, following the directives of Family Court Judges.Documentation: Ensure precise and complete documentation for each test, keeping all records current and accurate.Specimen Processing: Manage instant drug tests and prepare specimens for lab analysis, maintaining a strict chain of custody.Results Management: Coordinate with the lab to ensure timely and accurate results, and enter findings into the NYS Unified Court System program.Confidentiality & Compliance: Secure necessary HIPAA releases prior to specimen collection and collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders.Team Collaboration: Support the treatment team by serving as a liaison between the court and treatment providers, fostering effective communication. Who We're Looking For: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Experience: Experience in drug testing is preferred, but not mandatory.Skills: Proficient in handling specimens with professionalism, maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.Communication: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with participants.
