Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services. *Job Summary* Provides routine social services as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, including obtaining social histories, providing counseling and guidance, referrals to agencies that respond to the psycho-social needs of patients/clients and families. As appropriate identifies and refers, or seeks supervision on complex cases. Reports to Director of department or program, or designee. Qualifications - External * Bachelor Degree in Human Services * Ability to obtain Public Service License required * Demonstrated competence including knowledge and behaviors to meet age-specific needs of the client population * Experience working in related human service setting with similar age group We take great care of careers.
