Job summary
LSI is seeking a Caseworker to assist refugee and immigrant populations in Waterloo.Responsibilities include skill development, case management, advocacy, and resource connection.Caseworkers will meet with clients in person or via telephone during normal business hours and evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
• Provide supportive services to refugee and immigrant clients• Assist with skill development, case management, advocacy, and resource connection• Help clients develop goals and facilitate service plans• Meet with clients in person or via telephone during normal business hours and evenings/weekends
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in health and human services + 1 year of full time, related experience• Or, equivalent education and experience, including Associates degree + 3 years OR a high school diploma/GED + 5 years of related experience• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, good driving record• Ability to pass extensive background checks
