Job Summary:
Cashiers at Sam's Club are responsible for handling the final point of sale in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role requires accuracy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
- Promote and inform customers about memberships, promotions, and advertisements.
- Process memberships, applications, and payments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier experience preferred but not required.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
