As the face and driving force of sales for Flight Club, this role is responsible for providing an engaging and exceptional experience that exceeds client expectations. We are looking for candidates who are strong communicators and understand the needs of their customers, build long-lasting relationships, and have a passion for people and sneakers.In this role, you will:Extend friendly service to customers by acknowledging and responding to all inquiriesEfficiently and accurately handle all sale transactions at the cash wrapsHandle any and all customer issues that may arise at the cash wrap in a professional respectful mannerConsistently seek new sneaker fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customerWork as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possibleMonitor and maintain the cash wrap area ensuring that everything is neat and in its proper placeResponsible for opening and closing register proceduresWe are looking for:Must be a team playerStrong communication skills; ability to communicate with the necessary departments for seamless operationMust have at least one to two years of experience as a cashierKnowledgeable of the latest trends in athletic footwearCash handling is a plusCapable of working on their feet for an extended period of timeExceptional organizational skills
