Responsibilities
• Be the friendly face that greets everyone and offers assistance• Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and store clean• Efficiently manage cash register and handle transactions• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment• Collaborate with colleagues and lend a hand when needed• Maintain clean restrooms and tidy store• Participate in keeping outdoor space clean• Embrace the full rhythm of retail
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older (or 21 in certain states)• Must be able to work weekends and holidays• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively• Basic math skills required• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check• Personable, detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible• Adaptable and flexible• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
