ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans for specific product categories, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals. Conduct category reviews to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Determine the range of products to be offered within assigned categories, based on customer demand, competitive analysis, and profitability.Monitor and optimize assortment proposals in our catalog to maximize sales while minimizing other teams' involvement in catalog support.Set pricing strategies for negotiations with partners and monitor competitive pricing to drive sales and profitability. Run monthly price comparisons for top 10 products in our main markets (US, UK, CA, AU, EU).Plan and execute promotional activities in cooperation with the Product Marketing team to increase category performance.Work with the Success & Acquisition team to ensure seamless execution of category strategies and initiatives, as well as product positioning and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, evaluate category performance, and recommend strategies for improvement.Collaborate with the Catalog, Creation Experience, Sales Experience, and other teams to enhance product category pages, search functionality, and overall customer experience.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to make informed decisions and drive innovation within the category to deliver results in line with company OKR for specific categories.Participate in setting a strategic vision for Printify Selection's future.Collaborate with the Article Onboarding team regarding selected product launches and priorities.Collaborate with Partnership teams regarding product sourcing to maintain the category tree - weekly updates with new products and product-related information.Support company newsletters and monthly new products review.Collect and review merchant requests from multiple sources.Perform other duties upon the instructions of the direct manager.What You Need3 years of experience in procurement, assortment, or brand management.Customer focus to maximize business results and the capability to develop and influence strategy at senior levels for both customers and manufacturers.Excellent quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills.Attention to detail.An independent sense of self-motivation.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic start-up environment.Willingness to learn and a motivation for success.Excellent command of English.What We OfferBeing part of a friendly, inclusive, and global team.Career development opportunities and access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons both on-site and online.A personalized learning budget for professional development and unlimited access to our book library.Flexible working hours between 7 AM and 11 AM.
