Catering And Event Sales Manager

Currently seeking a Catering and Event Sales Manager for a great opportunity with an established and growing fine dining restaurant company. The ideal candidate must have catering sales management experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant.
Compensation: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
Responsibilities of the Catering and Event Sales Manager
Attain the financial objectives of the business through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes, including a focus on the revenue and profit components.Increase revenue through up-selling and promotional programs, and improve employee product knowledge and training.Complete knowledge and enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
