The Good Eating Company is seeking Catering Managers to manage our catering team. The ideal candidates is an organized and effective leader with a background in event planning and management. The catering manager must have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering memorable client experiences. Prior hands-on on corporate service and high-volume catering experience essential for this role!
The responsibilities of this role include: Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring they meet client expectationsAbility to build and mentor a solid catering team who share same level commitment and passion to catering, quality presentation, customer service, professionalismCoordinate with clients to understand their event requirementsWork with the Sodexo culinary team to ensure delivery of the menuPrepare and manage budgets for each eventMonitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality of serviceHire, train, and supervise event staffTrack and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback, to make data-driven decisions and improvements The Good Eating Company - A simple philosophy; Setting the definitive standard in workplace hospitality.
