Unit Description: Sodexo Corporate Services has an exciting opportunity as a Catering Manager for Federal Reserve Bank of New York in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong catering background and event management experience with upscale events, and the ability to plan, execute, and coordinate multiple catering functions simultaneously. This position involves a high degree of hands-on involvement in catering events, banquet services and event management. This is a "roll up your sleeves" management position with active operational responsibilities and accountability. This position offers a Monday - Friday work schedule! Key DutiesOversight of Sodexo resources, recipes, systems and use of catering programs to direct daily catering events including; food production, inventory, product deliveries, invoices, and procurement operationsOversight of the sales process for catering and/or conference services.
