Description Role Description:

The role of the Catering Supervisor / Assistant Director is to oversee Catering, both Pickup and Delivery, in partnership with the Back of House (Kitchen) and Management, to both execute and grow restaurant Catering Sales.
The top responsibility is to ensure production meets the demands of the business at all times, meet quality minimum requirements, and prioritize Food Safety.
They are also responsible for helping train, lead, and coach other Team Members to perform at a high-level and must know and be able to perform at any position in the restaurant.

Opportunity for advancement! Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months relevant industry experience.
Be available to work 3-5 shifts a week, a minimum of 30 hours Competent understanding of industry standards and knowledge of food safety procedures.
Expectations: Plans and details team member roles and responsibilities for each day prior to the shift.
