The Catering department is responsible for all events coordinated by our Marketing Sales Team and includes special events for various holidays and/or openings of new themed areas or rides within the park. We are looking for a team that will provide a professional, welcoming, and engaging experience for our Guests and fellow Team Members.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT: • Cooking and/or serving food in accordance to Six Flags standards• Obtain TABC Certification - We'll provide the training!• Cleaning outdoor and indoor seating areas• Provide excellent guest interaction• Removing garbage and transporting it to disposal area• Thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment• Assisting in other areas of the Food and Beverage Operations Department• Performing other incidental and related duties as required
WHAT YOU NEED: • Must be at least 18 years old• Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking• Analytical problem-solving skills• Positive "Guest First" impressions• Ability to work independently with little supervision• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift• Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 15 pounds.• Ability to work outdoors for extended period of time• Cash handling departments may be required to pass a math test• Be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
OTHER NOTES: • All other duties necessary to support the park as a whole.• Reports to Food and Beverage Operations Team Lead
