Job Offer: OTR Company Driver CDL Class A Key Highlights: Home Time : 12 days on the road 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend. 3 months of experience is a requirement Route : OTR across all 48 states with the majority of freight east of I35. No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs. Miles : Drivers averagemiles per week (based on Hours of Service and availability). Freight : All notouch freight . 5060% drop & hook 4050% live unload Equipment : 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks. Average haul length: 600 miles. Support : 24/7 access to operations specialists with empowered shifts for your needs. Compensation and Bonuses: Mileage Pay : 0.54 0.60 CPM Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour. Layover/Breakdown Pay : $100 per day. Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on safety mileage and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date).
