The role requires working a split shift, typically covering both morning and afternoon peak hours to accommodate employee commuting schedules. Drivers are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws, and delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves working during different times of the day with breaks in between shifts.Work Assignment Details:Guaranteed Pay for Shifts: We value your time on and off the road. That's why we guarantee 4 hours of pay for both morning and afternoon shifts—even if the shift ends early. This guarantee reflects our commitment to making sure your time is respected. (Excludes classroom or BTW training time).Overtime: We believe in rewarding your hard work. You'll earn overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a week. (Guaranteed hours do not count toward overtime).Premium Pay for Training: Drivers who take on the responsibility of training others will receive a $1/hour premium while training.
