All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.Pay: $30-$40/hr.Spreader Operator:Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized and safe mannerUnderstanding of shot rates for the correct application of asphalt surfaceComplete pre and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure that all D.O.T. standards are met (i.e. air brakes, oil, water, tire inflation, proper lighting permits, safety kit, electronic logging device, etc.)Perform maintenance on assigned truck as requiredMust record any maintenance issues in electronic logging device and ensure supervisor is aware of any maintenance issues that would inhibit work production or create safety concernsProcess required paperwork throughout the day (time reporting, truck reports, scale tickets)Be prompt and on time for workMaintain a positive working relationship with co-workers and managementWork out of town, days, nights and overtime including weekends as neededAdditional duties assigned by management (Above list may not be all-inclusive)RequirementsMinimum 2 years of spreader (distributer, boot) truck driver experienceMust possess a Class A CDL or greater with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements for a minimum of 3 years.Must have a valid D.O.T. medical card and good DMV recordMechanical background and skillsMust be able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlinesPhysical Requirements:Ability to reach below/at/above shouldersPushing/PullingTwisting/BendingSitting/Standing/BalancingOperate hand and foot controlsSimple/Firm graspingAbility to carry over 50 poundsAbility to lift/lower over 50 poundsSquatting/Stooping/CrouchingKneeling/CrawlingClimbing stairs/laddersGross manipulation (pinching)Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRelocation assistanceVision insuranceSupplemental Pay:Bonus paySigning bonus
