Position Summary

TheCell Therapy Development & Operations Training & Learning teamisseekingaproactive,technically minded,and collaborativeco-op to support projects that standardize, stabilize,optimize, andsimplifytraining acrossour Cell Therapy manufacturing and development sites.

In this role, the candidate will work collaboratively across a fast-paced and complex Matrix organization, which includes Enterprise Learning, GPS learning,Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Sciences & Technology functions.Specifically thecandidatewill work in close partnership with colleagues from several functions to strategically address business needs and ensure that we deliver on our objective of demonstrating value to both customers andpatients.Thecandidate will also be responsiblefor reporting project progressto sponsors and keeping project information up to date in appropriate project management tools, governance forums, and portfolio review forms.

Travel to and from our global manufacturing sites may beexpected up to 10% of the time. Any travelexpenses related to work responsibilitieswill be reimbursed by the company.

Key Responsibilities
Developand presentbusiness casesforstrategicmanufacturing, quality, andQC training & learning initiatives that reduce COGM, associate door 2 floor time,and increase site-to-site and function-to-function flexagility

Executesa change management and communications strategy for new training & learningprograms

Assess and implement new training tools and programssuch as Augmented and Virtual Reality

Tracks training metrics and KPIs to measure learningeffectiveness

Support cross functional Training & Learning operations tasks such as document control, learning management system administration, governance meeting facilitation, and standard calendarmaintenance

Other duties asassigned

Qualifications & Experience
Enrolledin aBachelor'sdegree program inEngineering,Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences,Business,or a related field.

Strong interest in cell therapy and biotechnology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic understanding of cell therapy concepts and techniques is a plus.

Experience with creatingslidesand willingness todeliver presentations.

Strong analyticaland problem-solvingskills.

Eagernessto learn and adaptin a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
