Stride's center-based ABA program for preschool learners (ages 2-6) utilizes both structured and natural teaching strategies. Our approach is tailored to each child and family, however, it usually involves building communication skills, social skills and addressing challenging behaviors to enable more independent, joyous lives.
The role: Center Coordinator We are seeking an empathetic, articulate, and mission-driven Center Coordinator. In this role, you are helping those impacted by autism by overseeing the day to day operations of our clinic. You will be the main point of contact for both our clients and staff, as well as orchestrating the clinic scheduling and activities. You will perform administrative duties such as tracking client and staff attendance, supporting new hire training processes and acting as a liaison between clients, their families, and BCBAs and therapists. In addition to your administrative duties you will act as an ABA therapist/RBT as needed due to staff call outs and/or scheduling needs.
