*Job Title: *Center Director*Reports to: *Clinical Director*Overview: *The Center Director will lead the designated ABA Center in which ABA therapy is performed, including in-home services for the families served from the center. The Center Director oversees and is responsible for the implementation of ABA Services, the client and family experiences with ABA, and the competence and excellence of staff in implementation of those services. The Center Director will create an atmosphere and culture for clients, families, and staff members that embrace the principles of Keystone Achievements, including trauma-informed care, compassion, and well-being.*Qualifications:** Current BCBA certification in good standing.* Four years post-BCBA certification, with 8-hour supervision requirements completed.* At least three years of experience working with individuals (ages 2-20) with developmental disabilities, ASD, or other diagnoses with behavioral symptoms, post-BCBA certification. The additional year post-BCBA certification may have been spent gaining experience in OBM or other management positions.* At least two years of experience in a center environment, post-BCBA certification.* Extensive experience in behavioral assessment, including use of protocol-based measures and establishing positive rapport with families.* Experience creating treatment plans with excellence in application of best-practice and thoughtful planning for parent involvement and generalization.* Experience in completing authorizations in a timely manner, with attention to detail for industry standards.* Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills that maintain Keystone's culture of teamwork, staff development, quality of services, and family engagement.* Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills consistent with Keystone's clinical approach.*Leadership Responsibilities** Maintain a communicative and collaborative relationship with the Clinical Director and other members of the upper management team.* Act as direct supervisor to the BCBA team and Center Coordinator, based at assigned center.* Responsible for clinical controls, compliance, and oversight.* Embrace the therapeutic philosophy and organization's culture of compassion and self- development.* Create an atmosphere of collaboration, clinical excellence, and positive staff experience. Develop a team that promotes camaraderie, compassion, and learning.* Meet or exceed performance metrics developed in collaboration with the leadership team, including but not limited to impact hours per BCBA, on-time reauthorization treatment plans, consistent parent meetings, and supervision of therapists, with support from the Clinical Director.* Develop and mentor leadership staff, with support from the Clinical Director.* Communicate company updates and center objectives through regular meetings.* Ensure new leadership staff receive adequate training, understand their job responsibilities, and are trained how to carry out their responsibilities.* Mentor new BCBAs.* Ensure quality of the Student Analyst training experience.* Maintain open communication and transparency with families.* Engage families with compassion and reconcile any parent concerns, with open communication maintained with both the Clinical Director and CEO.* Assist with interview of BCBAs considered for employment.*Administrative/Additional Clinical Responsibilities** Manage a caseload of up to six students.* Maintain daily clinical practices to expectations, especially by demonstrating excellent time management:o Punctual SOAP note completiono Accurate and punctual Service Log completiono Punctual authorization completiono Meet impact hour requirementso Meet monthly or weekly parent meeting requirements* Policy enforcement (e.g., evaluation of BTs for clinical performance, oversight of attendance, illness policy, etc.).* Positive reinforcement systems in place and maintained for all staff.* Center oversight ensuring cleanliness, repair requests are sent in a timely manner, and overall presentation maintains a high standard.* Oversight and enforcement of policies for Day Treatment Licensing compliance (e.g., meeting notes, progress reports, parent meetings, timely repairs, fire drills, etc.).* Coordination and oversight of on-boarding and training for new staff.*Other Requirements for BCBA:** Must pass a national and local background check* Valid driver's license* At least moderate level skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills* Commitment to working collaboratively with others, fostering an inclusive environment, and fostering a positive and supportive culture for all staff members*Benefits:** Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances* 401k Retirement Savings Plan with company match* 160 hours PTO* 7 paid holidays* Professional growth & promotional opportunities*Job Type: *Full-time* Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearExperience:* Leadership: 2 years (Required)* Management: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:* BCBA Certification (Required)Work Location: In person
