What's Under the Hood DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. This position is responsible for the maintenance of letters sent to customers for all DriveTime, GoFi, and Carvana originations. Essential Job Functions: What will be required in the role? Verify and service letters for active and charged off loans. Work closely with internal and external departments to monitor existing processes and regulations. Ensure guidelines for letters are being met. Manage the flow of letters in the right direction from one point to another promptly. Review and update account information as it pertains to documents sent and received. Maintain electronic storage of documents. Work with multiple databases. Act as the liaison between internal operations departments, product, IT, compliance teams, and thirdparty vendors. Research state guidelines, processes, and policies in relation to letters. Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What is required to perform this job? Clear, concise, and professional written and oral communications and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational skills, and ability to maintain a consistent and positive demeanor in a fast-paced work environment. Work Experience/Education: High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail industry. Experience with Microsoft Office Suites such as Excel, Outlook, and Word. Data entry experience is preferred. This is an onsite position.
