Context: Pending the hiring of a permanent CEO
Deliverables:GENERAL
In-depth analysis regarding improvement of: efficiency, cost control, yield enhancement, and process optimization.
Monitoring investment projects and keeping an eye on potential market opportunities.
Translating corporate strategy into concrete action plans.
Accurate reporting to Flemish shareholders.
BUSINESS
Overall responsibility for daily business operations and management of departments: production, procurement, sales, logistics, and support services.
Intensive consultation with department heads, determining priorities, and making adjustments as necessary.
Guiding, coordinating, and motivating a team of approximately 100 individuals.
Profile: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the agro or bulk handling sector.
Demonstrated experience in running a company on operational, financial, and commercial levels.
Strong business acumen, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Sufficient technical knowledge, strategic vision, and operational approach.
Motivational style and expertise in team management.
Initiative-driven, perseverance, and focus on continuous improvement.
Fluent in German. Willing to reside in Germany (near Leipzig) for the duration of the assignment.
