We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our hospital into its next phase of growth and excellence.
The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial health of the Hospital, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the hospital's mission and vision.
Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in patient care services.Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all departments within the hospital.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's) and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resources allocation.
Ensure sustainable financial performance while maintaining high standards of care.Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including patients, families, and local organizations.
Advocate for the hospital's needs and represent the organization at local, state, and national levels.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Lead efforts to maintain and improve quality and safety initiatives.Team Development: Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing leadership team.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior team management role in a healthcare setting, preferably within a CAH.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement systems, and operational best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
