Your Mission: Your mission is to "mind meld" with our CEO Josh Green so effectively that: i) you can represent his perspective and judgment in both internal and external meetings, earning the respect of your teammates and external partners, and ii) he can step away from certain parts of the business to focus on the most critical, value-enhancing activities, feeling confident that the combination of you plus others can fully execute with minimal or no assistance. As our inaugural Chief of Staff, you will help Josh manage the team and organization, serve as a trusted sounding board to him regarding strategic and operational issues, accelerate progress with key customers and partners, communicate with current and prospective investors and lenders, and lead or co-lead CEO-sponsored "special projects" with the ability to transform the business. Your Key Responsibilities: This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging role that will require long hours, excellent communication and organization, and a sense of humor. Though your priorities will change from time-to-time depending on the needs of the business, your responsibilities will include:Developing trusting and meaningful relationships with Josh, our leadership team, and those across our organization. You are highly organized, excellent at managing time, have strong project management skills, keen attention to detail, and a demonstrated track record of rolling up your sleeves and pitching in, no matter how large or small the task. You build authentic, trusting relationships, from which you're able to connect the dots across people and functions both internally and externally, and break down silos to help us better operate like a well-oiled machine. You naturally thrive on matching problems with strategic solutions wherever you see them. You are most engaged when operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are energized and passionate about our mission to contribute to climate solutions by accelerating the transition to electric vehicles. You are inspired by and embody Inspiration's core values. Our Core Values: Inspiration's culture is based on a shared respect for our core values.
