We take care of our Certified Behavior Technician by offering a competitive wage of $23.00 - $28.00/hour. Your clients are in your area code, and you're not bound by any noncompete agreements. If you're pursuing BCBA certification, you can accrue fieldwork hours here. Plus, qualified candidates can receive a $150 starting bonus, holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, and life. DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS? Current state RBT certification High school degree or equivalent Ability to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week Eagerness to make a difference in our clients' lives and advance professionally ARE YOU THE CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR? Whether you're looking for a full-time career or a part-time opportunity to shape lives, this role has something to offer you! You're on the front lines of our ABA therapy services, implementing effective programming to meet the needs of our clients. You work closely with a BCBA to develop individual treatment plans, document session data, and facilitate client growth. Working in schools, homes, and other environments, you provide 1:1 services to help clients develop new skills and decrease challenging behaviors. You participate in ongoing training opportunities to expand your horizons and make you a more confident and capable Certified Behavior Technician!
