Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation of Issaquah is actively seeking a *certified hand therapist* to join our team of experienced hand therapists.
Our ideal candidate is a certified hand therapist or an *Occupational Therapist *with hand therapy experience, working towards their certification.
Our fun, fast-paced clinic offers *45 to 60-minute, one-on-one appointments* with your patients.
We work closely with hand surgeons downstairs to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs.
This close proximity and relationship between the hand therapist and the hand surgeon offers a multitude of learning and team-building opportunities.
We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinician's work-life balance, so each therapist receives paid documentation time daily.
We offer formal mentoring for new grads as well as a highly lucrative quarterly bonus and $1500 annual continuing education package.

*Salary Range: $82,924.49 USD to $149,264.09* base compensation in addition to a significant *quarterly bonus*

*Key Duties & Responsibilities*
Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician
Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
Fabricate custom orthoses based on patient presentation
Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting
Maintain safe environment for self, staff, and patients
Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license
Any and all other duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Experience with post-operative hand therapy clientele preferred.
