We currently have Full-time and Part-time positions available for Medicare Certified Home Health Aides (HHA).
Positions are available throughout our service area of Metro Detroit.

The Certified home health aide/Certified Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional member of the home health care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs.
The home health aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations, and documenting observations and care performed.

The home health aide will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity, and safety of a patient's care.

We are looking for a compassionate Medicare-certified Home Health Care Aide who has worked for a previous Skilled Nursing Home Healthcare agency. The qualified candidate preferably has at least one year of working at a Medicare Certified skilled home healthcare agency; to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan.

Responsibilities Provide health care services in patient's residencesAdminister simple prescribed medicationsAssist with client's personal care activitiesMonitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.)
and report on their conditionMaintain patient care records and document provided servicesAssist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercisesInstruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exerciseCollect routine specimensProvide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Skills Proven working experience as a Licensed home health care aideAbility to monitor vital signs and to collect specimensFamiliarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standardsNursing and health care administration skillsCaring and compassionate personalityCurrent CPR certificateFirst Aid trainingValid driver's licenseHigh school degree

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per Visit
