Belmont Village Albany 1100 San Pablo Ave, Albany, CA 94706 Hiring ON-CALL LVN Schedule varies $39-$42hr wage based on experience About the Role As an LVN or LPN at Belmont Village, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, help ensure regulatory compliance and assist with quality monitoring. You will communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up. You will oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers while providing direction on daily shift assignments.
