Key Responsibilities: Administer medications to patients as prescribed, ensuring precise dosage and adherence to medication schedules. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects and report them promptly. Maintain and update patients' medication records. Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care. Attend training and stay updated on best practices related to medication administration. Ensure medication storage areas are organized and compliant with safety protocols. Qualifications: Certification as a Medication Technician. Experience in a healthcare setting with a strong understanding of medication administration. Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
