Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required.
Completion of NA I and NA II programs required.
Experience: One year preferred.
Licensure/certification/registration: NA registry as NA I in good standing.
Current NA II certification with state.
BON and BLS Health Care Provider.
Medication Safety – AME required.
Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
