*Responsibilities:*


* Assist with daily living activities


* Help patients with personal hygiene


* Obtain and record vital signs and weight


* Long periods of standing, moving, and lifting


* Other duties as requested

*Qualifications:*


* High School Diploma or Equivalent


* Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ADLs


* Electronic charting, Point Click Care and/or Point of Care
