Part Time CNA wanted in Lubbock, TX. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence in accordance with a physician established care plan. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
\n ResponsibilitiesProvides direct patient care within the patient's home, under the direction of the RN, and according to the Aide Plan of Care.Appropriately reports changes in the patient's condition to the RN/the care team and documents pertinent information. Practices in accordance with accepted infection control principles. Provides a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Provides necessary assistance to patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, proper nutrition, and adequate fluid intake.Promotes positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients/clients, caregiver(s), families, and other employees. Provides assistance to patients with safe transfers and ambulation per the Agency policies.Completes yearly education hours. Minimum QualificationsActive Certified Nursing Assistant certificate, one year's experience in direct client care, or has provided home health services within previous 24 months. Current CPR certificationTB testingDependable transportation
