Shift/Hours: 8-hour shifts (Days, Evenings & Nights with rotating weekends)




Duties Include:




* Answer residents' call lights promptly.


* Assist residents with proper hygiene.


* Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with the established facility.


* Follow infection control procedures.


* Chart required information every shift.


* Adheres to Company Standards for resolving consumer concerns.


* Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.




Requirements




* Current and valid CNA license in VT


* Minimum 1-2 years of experience


* Current BLS certification is required.


* Minimum of 1-2 years in SNF / LTC
