Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description We are seeking dynamic Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing team at Casa Bonita, a 106-bed facility dedicated to meeting the social, physical and emotional needs of our residents. Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide best-in-class care to our residents, working under the supervision of licensed and/or registered nurses. Responsibilities: Providing personal care for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings. Keeping the unit running smoothly through strong organizational skills. Requirements: Active CNA certification with successful completion of a CNA program. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
