HOSPITALSHOMECARE option for well adults and pediatrics- we service over 40 zip codes in Chicago, on all shifts (NO clinical work; this is in-home back-up care.
)LTC/REHAB/SKILLED FACILITIES

MUST HAVE 1 FULL YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST 3 YEARS TO QUALIFY.
6 months -1 year of Hospital experience preferred.
** All opportunities are located in the Chicagoland area****Local ONLY.
NOT a travel position.


MUST HAVE -CPR, physical and TB within the last year, record of MMR/Varicella/Tdap within last 10 years, Covid-19 vaccination and be registered on IDPH!
