Work closely with our skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team in order to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbiditiesApply clinical expertise as necessary including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge, communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care, etc.Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal) Obtain and document relevant subjective and objective information during treatment sessionsProvide therapeutic rehabilitative treatment to assigned residents. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programCurrently licensed to practice in State of MN.
