As a Peer Recovery Supporter at The Crossroads Center, you will be instrumental in providing vital support to individuals navigating their recovery journey from substance use disorders.
Serving as a mentor, advocate, and motivator, you will forge authentic peer-to-peer connections that facilitate prevention of relapse and foster sustained recovery.
Your role will be integral to our MAT Program treatment team, contributing to the holistic well-being of our clients.

Student Loan Forgiveness Program Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a peer supporter.
Lived experience and identified specialty in substance use disorder.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certified through Ohio MHAS as a peer supporter a must. Valid Ohio Driver's License.
Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
Frequently required to walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Keyboard data entry required.
