Certified Pharmacy Technician

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join our team onsite in Aurora, CO. This is a 6-12 month contract role. Must have National and State Pharmacy Tech Certifications.Role Responsibilities
- Takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers.
- Transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
- Assist with the prior authorization process, data entry and filling of prescriptions.
- Help with other functions as directed by the site leader.Required Skills/Experience 1+ years experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function.
Must hold a National and State pharmacy technician certification.
Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
1+ years customer service skills in a high volume call center type environment.
Education: Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Must have National and State Certifications.Hours: Availability Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM MST. in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for
this role is $20.00.. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors,
including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical
skills, and other qualifications.This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
