Position Highlights: Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center is looking for an experienced, autonomous CRNA to join a highly motivated team with focus on evidence based practice and continuous quality improvement. Job Summary The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is accountable for providing anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients within the Avera Marshall region. Responsible for anesthesia care of surgical patients, obstetric anesthesia, and acute and chronic pain management. Ultrasound-guided regional including, but not limited to ISB, Axillary, Femoral, TAP and Adductor Canal/Saphenous blocks. Providing airway management and other related interventions to emergency situations Education and/or Experience Graduate of an approved nurse anesthesia program required Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia preferred. Proficient in peripheral nerve blocks preferred Certification, Licensure, and/or Registrations Required Upon hire

Licensed as an APRN in the State of Minnesota and board certified or eligible from the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Work Schedule Varied Shifts; 80 hours every 2 weeks
