*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in anesthesiology and critical care, with the ability to provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Perform venipuncture for intravenous access and medication administration.
- Manage airway during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room (OR).
- Utilize Cerner for patient documentation and electronic health records management.
- Implement pain management strategies post-operatively to enhance patient recovery.
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anesthesia processes.
*Requirements*
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Proven experience in anesthesiology, critical care, or related medical office settings.
- Proficiency in airway management techniques.
- Strong knowledge of pain management protocols.
- Familiarity with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $212,000.00 per year
