Certified Special Education Teacher

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team at a leading autism-focused charter school. We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to serve as an Online IEP Case Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the educational journey of students enrolled in our online and hybrid programs, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Individualized Education Program (IEP) services for students
Manage educational programming for students highly impacted by disabilities
Maintain regular communication with parents
Stay updated on special education best practices through professional development
Implement accommodations and modifications to curriculum
Collaborate with Learning Success Coaches and ABA Managers
Teach online courses/electives
Participate in school-wide duties and responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and report student data
Foster a positive school culture and celebrate student achievements
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in special education
3-5 years of online teaching experience

Physical Requirements:
