Qualifications:

Our Operating Room features 13 rooms and handles over 7,000 surgeries annually, ranging from bariatric and gynecology to orthopedic and cardiovascular procedures. Our surgical team is dedicated to providing a comfortable and positive experience for both patients and their families.
As a surgical technologist, you will be a vital part of the Surgical Services team, working under the supervision of a registered nurse and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for patient care before, during, and after surgery.
The base hourly rate for this position is $23.94, with individual compensation determined by years of relevant experience. Additional pay, including shift differentials and premium rates, may apply. The hourly wage is part of a comprehensive total rewards package that includes a full benefits program for eligible positions.
This position requires a scheduled work commitment.
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during procedures
Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgeries
Ensure all surgical equipment is sterilized and functioning properly
Work collaboratively with the surgical team to deliver efficient patient care
Follow safety protocols and infection control standards
Shifts:

3 12-hour Day shifts (36 hours/week, considered full time) with start/end times of 7a-7:30p.
This CST position has a weekly and holiday on-call requirement with a 30-minute response time.
With at least 16 hours per week, this position is benefit eligible.
