We are looking for a CFO to work for our growing Cleveland Client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections. Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, capital structure, and financing activities. Implement and monitor effective internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting. Lead M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation, and integration. Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 15+ years of Finance experience with 7+ years of experience in a Senior Leadership role Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and strategic planning. Proven track record in managing financial operations for a large, complex organization. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience in M&A activities, including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
